Our dynamic team of four comprising of over 35 years of experience, have successfully delivered projects in civil infrastructure and building construction area. Whilst we recognise that it’s important to consider our clients requests, for the best project success, we work closely with our clients and aren’t afraid to advocate various options potentially creating a greater cost benefit and more appealing end product. This success and reputation has been achieved from the abilities our team possesses and bring to our projects.

Our Strategy


PPM&D delivers a comprehensive approach with a tailored and responsive solution through advisory, management and delivery to suit the needs and requirements of our clients. Our services extend across the entire project lifecycle spanning through project feasibilities, business case, option analysis, construction execution and project commissioning and handover. These particulars are successfully implemented by drawing upon our team experience in combination with the recruitment of professional affiliates, specialising in various professions.

Where focus is drawn from gaining a clear understanding of an individual’s priorities and requirements, Pendulum Project Management and Development team members devise a plan, delivering the provision of whole of life cycle project design and construction management to both the private sector and government works.  We understand these actions are based around strict disciplines of budget, time and quality.

Our small dynamic team comprise of experienced and qualified Builders, Civil Engineers, Project Managers and Estimators. Individual personal experiences range from:
