Purchase of property including Development Approval and Building Approval to split the block and build. Project Management through inception to construction and handover.

Development subdivision and build
Purchase of property including Development Approval and Building Approval to split the block and build. Project Management through inception to construction and handover.
Bespoke architectural design featuring 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, three level property. This property was designed and tailored to focus on the unlimited view to Mount Cootha which was achieved. The property featured a spiralling timber staircase, timber floors, fireplace, open kitchen and breakfast bar leading to deck. The property also included a pool overlooking the terrain landscape.
